If you are busy like me, work long hours, or travel frequently, you may be in a situation where you need to purchase prepared meals or go out to eat all the time.

If this is the case, don’t worry! It’s about keeping it simple and making the best choices you can make!

For example, many of my clients who work hectic schedules will design their meal plans with super simple, healthy food that is available anywhere. That’s okay!

Also, many of my clients who frequently travel purchase pre-made, nutritious food from local markets, a Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Simplifying heathy eating to feel effortless!
