Pasta Salad with Salami and Mozzarella

  1. 2 cups pasta
  2. 2 cups spinach
  3. 1 cup tomatoes
  4. 4 oz cheese
  5. 2 oz salami
  6. 3 tbs olive oil
  7. 1tbs vinegar white
  8. pepper and salt
  1. Cook pasta according to the package directions; drain and rinse under cold water. Toss in a large bowl with the spinach, grape tomatoes, mozzarella, and salami. Whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
  2. Wrap or place in lunch container. Pour dressing into small container. Place everything into lunchbox then into refrigerator until ready to go to school.
